CESC Ltd. and others Mr. Debanjan Mukherji .... for the CESC Limited Learned counsel for the respondent-authorities submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of electricity connection having been given to the petitioner.

Although time was granted to the petitioner to ascertain the facts, none appears for the petitioner today when the matter is called on for hearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned", as per previous direction.

As such, in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, WPA No. 18129 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous, without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
