The expression "Type II" be corrected in paragraph (f) at page 4, paragraph 13 at page 11, paragraph 14 at page 12, paragraph 16 at page 13 and paragraph 29 at page 18 and the same be read as "Type I" instead of Type II.

The other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction in the judgment.
