D/L 44 11.08.2025 ct.no.35 Kausik W.P.A. 18005 of 2025 Rajib Molla

Versus

State of West Bengal & Ors.

Mr. Phiroze Edulji, Sr. Adv.

Mr. Sandip Chakraborty Mr. Koustav Das ...for the Petitioner.

Ms. Munmun Tewary Ms. Sremoyee Mitra Das ...for the State.

Affidavit of service filed be kept with the record.

Petitioner has approached this Court in connection with Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 112/25 dated 09.05.2025.

Learned advocate for the State on instructions submits that charge sheet has been submitted.

Having considered the grievance at this stage, I am of the view that since cognizance has been taken by the learned Jurisdictional Court, petitioner will exhaust the statutory remedies available.

So far as the merits of the issues are concerned, relating to the complicity of the

petitioner, involvement and/or other issues where he has been charged in connection with Narayanpur Police Station Case No. 112 of 2025, this Court has not entered into the merits of the same. It would be for the petitioner to canvas all the issues before the statutory Courts or its revisional jurisdiction or exhaust other remedies which are available under the law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18005 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
