1. Both the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present and have submitted that the instant revisional application was filed challenging the refusal of occupational charge, but in the meantime the dispute of the suit has already been decided up to second appeal and accordingly the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

2. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
