Petitioner is aggrieved that the information furnished to the Daspur Police Station did not yield any result.

I find that such information was furnished in the year 2012 enclosing an injury report of the same year.

Having considered that more than 13 years have passed, I am of the view that the petitioner would first check from the learned Magistrate's court whether any steps at the relevant point of time were taken by the police authorities or not. In case no steps were taken by the police authorities, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional court for necessary reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18906 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
