The report of the police placed before us through the Inspector of Detective Department, Diamond Harbour DD, CID, West Bengal shows that the investigation has been concluded and the matter is now pending before the learned ACJM, Kakdwip Court, South 24 Parganas. We are sure that requisite action will follow at that end. We are also told that warrants have been issued against those who have been arraigned as accused persons. We record these facts and dispose of this writ petition without prejudice to the proceedings, if any, pending in any appropriate jurisdiction.
