1. In this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition mother claims that, the minor is missing.

State and the private respondents are represented.

3. Report submitted on behalf of the State be taken on record.

4. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the minor is with the father. The minor is studying in a school. Father is attending the parent-teachers meeting of the minor at the school.

5. The Writ Petition is replete with pleading relating to matrimonial discord between the writ petitioner and her husband. Minor is with the father.

6. There does not exist any special circumstances for a Habeas Corpus Writ to be issued in the facts Signed By :

and circumstances of the present case. There are alternative efficacious remedies available to the private parties for grievances relating to marriage and custody of the minor.

7. In such circumstances, WPA(H) 56 of 2024 is disposed of.

8. This order will not prevent the private parties from availing of their remedies before the appropriate forum.
