1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. Considering the materials available in the case diary, prima facie, discloses evidence under the POCSO Act, as transpired from the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
