Mr. Debabrata Roy ......for the Petitioners. Learned Advocate on behalf of the petitioners has mentioned the matter at the first sitting of the Court today and points out two typographical mistakes at page 13 of the judgment delivered by this Court on July 29, 2022.

A copy of the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. being CRR No.2409 of 2021 is also submitted in Court for perusal. On the face of the record, there appears typographical mistakes as mentioned above.

Therefore, it is directed that let this matter be treated as on day's list and further directions are passed that 'G.R. Case No. 1313 of 2021' as mentioned in paragraphs 21 and 22 at page 13 of the judgment in CRR No.2409 of 2021 dated July 29, 2022 be read as 'G.R. Case No.1513 of 2021'.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after compliance with all the necessary formalities.
