Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed on 12th August, 2022 against the impugned order passed on 15th February, 2019 i.e. after more than two years. Challenging the impugned order after a delay of almost two years, on the ground that loan in question was obtained by the respondent no.11 by forging his signature. Petitioner alleges that against the aforesaid offence of forgery, he had lodged a complaint on 25th August, 2015. Now, petitioner wants this Court in determination of cooperative matters under Group-V of the classification list, relief by alleging inaction against the police authority on the basis of the said complaint after almost seven and half years. Learned advocate representing the respondent nos.5 to 7 in opposing this writ petition draws attention of this

Court to the admission made in the writ petition in paragraph 10 and 11 that the petitioner himself has admitted that he had taken loan in question while petitioner is trying to make out a case that some body else has taken loan in his name by forging his signature. In view of the discussions made above, I find that there is no merit in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 18533 of 2022 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
