Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in commission of the alleged offence and considering that the victim lady was pregnant and has been physically assaulted by the petitioners, although the husband of the de facto complainant wanted to save her, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
