1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits as follows. A fight took place between the two families. Both sides suffered injuries. In fact, the petitioner no. 2 had to undergo treatment in a hospital for a day.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He relies on the statements of witnesses as well as the injury reports of three victims, one of which shows fracture injury and the others serious injury on the head.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the witnesses and the injury reports, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
