The petitioner appeared in the senior Secondary Course through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) the respondent no. 1 herein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has downloaded her provisional mark-sheet from the official Website of the respondent no. 1 but the final mark-sheet has not been provided to her.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the respondent no. 1 submits that though the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition is otherwise but there will be no difficulty in issuing the final mark-sheet to the petitioner if she approaches his client.

The petitioner is directed to go to the Kolkata office of the respondent no. 1 on August 14, 2023 to get her final mark-sheet, the respondent no. 1 is directed to act accordingly.

With the above W.P.A. 18140 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
