The petitioner is aggrieved on the action on the part of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation in taking steps for demolition of the construction in front of the house of the petitioner.

It appears from the instruction forwarded by the engineers of the Corporation that the Solid Waste Management and Engineering Department has removed the ramp which was situated in front of the garage of the Premises No. 184, Ramesh Dutta Street, Kolkata700006 under Ward No. 26, Borough-IV of the Corporation in compliance of the direction of the Municipal Commissioner's Circular No. 52 dated 23rd

March, 2023 read with Municipal Commissioner's Circular No. 7 dated 23rd April, 2019.

It appears that the demolition which is complained of was on the foot path and accordingly, the same has been removed by the Corporation.

The Court does not find any illegality with the said act of the Corporation.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
