1. The case diary reveals that successive notices have been issued to Barun Mondal under Section 41A Cr.P.C. but, Barun Mondal on one pretext or the other, did not appear and is not cooperating with the investigation. Even the last notice dated 10th July, 2014 required him to produce certain documents and appear before the IO, has not been complied with.

2. Having regard to such conduct of the petitioner and the nature of the allegations and the accusation specifically made by the complainant, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected. (Uday Kumar, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
