Affidavit of compliance has been filed in Court today. Copy of which has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners in Court today.

It appears therefrom that the Pradhan has dealt with the issue of unauthorized construction and passed necessary order for removal of the same.

The Pradhan has also forwarded the records to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur.

As it appears that the order of the Court has been complied with, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to pursue the matter before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas for necessary consequential relief. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
