Ms. Ghazala Firdaus ... for the State-Respondent(s) The petitioner has approached this court being aggrieved by the fact that without his permission, his property is encroached over the years for celebrating festivals at the behest of the private respondents.

Earlier, this Court directed the Officer-in-charge of Balagarh Police Station to effect service upon the private respondents. Today, State has submitted a report enclosing acknowledgement relating to such service.

Learned advocate for the petitioner additionally submits that till date there has been no temporary structure at the behest of the private respondents thereby encroaching the property of the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State also submits that there is no temporary structure till date.

Since no temporary structure has been constructed, I direct the Officer-incharge of Balagarh Police Station to ensure that without the permission of the land owner, no temporary structure must be constructed at the said land.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18020 of 2025 is disposed of.
