In such circumstances, the petitioner prays for relaxation with regard to the conditions imposed by order dated 22.08.2024 requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Usthi Police Station

within the district of South 24-Parganas except for attending the court proceedings and shall provide the address where he shall presently reside to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside once in a fortnight until further orders are waived. 7.

All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.
