Considering the injury report showing fracture of shaft of ulna in the left hand and the statements of the witnesses pointing towards the alleged role of the present petitioner, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
