Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for consideration of the writ petition in terms of prayer (C). Prayer (C) of the writ petition is set out:

"A writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to disclose the details of the compensation assessed for acquisition of the land and structure of the petitioner and also pay adequate compensation to the petitioner for acquisition of the land of the petitioner lying and situated within District - Purba Burdwan, P.S. Pandebaswar, MouzaDelurbandh, J. L. No.4, L.R. Khatian No.3047, Plot No.652, vide land acquisition Case No.4/NH-60/1617 forthwith;" Learned counsel for the State respondents concedes to the submission of the petitioner and states that the concerned authority be directed to disclose the details of compensation assessed for acquisition of the land and structure belonging to the petitioner and also be directed to pay such assessed compensation to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of prayer (C) of the petition, directing the 3rd respondent to disclose the details of compensation assessed for acquisition of the land and structure belonging to the petitioner and also pay adequate compensation for the same to the petitioner within two months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law. With the above directions, the writ petition being W.P.A. 19236 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
