There are few typographical errors in the order dated 12th April, 2022 as rightly pointed out by Mr. Meghnad Dutta, learned Advocate representing the appellants.

On 12th April, 2022, we disposed of CAN 1 of 2021, however, it has gone down as "CAN 1 of 2020". Moreover, in the 1st page, 4th paragraph, sixth sentence from the top, the order dated "05.10.2021" should be deleted and substituted by the order dated 08.10.2021. In the 2nd page, continuing paragraph, instead of "Order 35" mentioned in the last but fourth sentence, it should be Order 39.

Let this correction be incorporated and formed part of the order dated 12th April, 2022.

The department shall record disposal of the appeal being FMAT 733 of 2021 and the application being CAN 1 of 2021 in terms of the order dated 12th April, 2022 and the said matter shall not be shown as pending. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
