Petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Haroa Police Station.

The Haroa Police Station has filed a report dated February 6, 2023, which is kept with the records. It appears that between 2017 and 2022, as many as 120 odd FIRs have been registered by the Haroa P.S. on the complaints of the petitioner.

A large number of said complaints have resulted in charge-sheets. The petitioner himself was arrested in connection with various matters. This Court sees no inaction on the part of the Police.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.
