It is fairly submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the statutory alternative remedy available under the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, the petitioner does not want to proceed any further with this application.

The respondent Union of India is represented and does not object to the prayer for withdrawal. It is clarified that there is no embargo not stay of any kind whatsoever on the respondent Authorities in proceeding expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, W.P.A. No. 18958 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail of the statutory alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised.

The respondent Authorities also requested to act diligently and in terms of the object and spirit of the Act.

There shall be no order as to costs.
