Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to the injury report of the victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners thereon and considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The prayer for anticipatory of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 3946 of 2022 is dismissed.
