Ct-16 ar The petitioner was not represented on the earlier occasion.

We have perused the impugned order. It appears that the petitioner has not complied with Section 21 of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act with regard to tendering of rent with the rent controller.

In view thereof, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, we dismiss the writ application. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to make an application for recalling of the order after showing proper justification of her nonappearance and relevant materials, which have not been considered by us while dismissing the writ petition.
