1. The number of the writ petition mentioned in Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the order dated 14th September, 2023 has been wrongly transcribed as WP 8385 of 2022 instead of "WPA 8385 of 2023".

2. Let this correction be incorporated in Paragraphs 5 and 6 of the order dated 14th September, 2023.

3. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

4. In view of this correction, WPA 8385 of 2023 shall be treated to have been disposed on 14th September, 2023 treating the said writ petition as on the day's list by consent of the parties.

5. The appeal, the application and the writ petition shall not be shown as pending.
