Petitioners have approached this Court for carrying out their business and has expressed their agony so far as movement of perishable goods in and around the roads of SP Mukherjee Road, Hazra Road, Harish Mukherjee Road and Kali Temple Road and adjoining areas are concerned.

Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the police authorities have refused permission to the organizers who are associated with 'Abhaya Mancha'. Since the police authorities have refused permission there is no scope for passing any orders. If there are violations of law, police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 18027 of 2025 is disposed of.
