This matter has come up under the heading To Be Mentioned at the instance of the petitioners. 2.

Ms. Agarwal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that although time to make deposit as directed in the order dated 10th September, 2025 was by eight weeks, however, in paragraph 8 of the aforesaid order the period has been wrongly recorded as "four weeks". She submits that this Court may be pleased to extend the aforesaid period by eight weeks.

Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents does not raise any objection. 4.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties let the word "four weeks" as appearing in the second line of paragraph 8 at page 4 of

WPA 18033 of 2025 the order dated 10th September, 2025, be substituted with the word "eight weeks".

The department is directed to carry out the Department aforesaid correction in the order dated 10th September, 2025.
