Learned counsel prays for action to be taken by the police authorities in regard to the complaint made by the petitioners on 20th December, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that the matter relates to a civil dispute and the petitioners have unnecessarily filed a police complaint.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that all appropriate steps have been taken in relation to the complaint made on 20th December, 2023.

Heard learned counsels for the parties at length.

Police shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place. The police shall also take necessary steps in relation to the complaint made by the petitioners on 20th December, 2023 in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the writ petition being WPA 18913 of 2024 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
