Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal assailant who threw bomb resulting in death of the victim. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who have been released on bail. 3.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
