Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that the allegation against the petitioner is under Section 14 of the Foreigners Act.

The petitioner was enlarged on interim bail on 27th January, 2022 which was extended from time to time and finally confirmed on 1st May, 2023. Trial of the case is in progress.

Upon considering the conduct of the petitioner as appears from the application, the bail condition no. (i) directing the petitioner to appear before the Officer in Charge, Swarupnagar Police Station once in a fortnight and obtain an acknowledgment from an officer deputed by the Officer in Charge of the said police station be waived. However, the other conditions imposed shall continue. CRAN 3 of 2024 is disposed of.
