The petitioner complains that he has informed to the local police station, but, in spite of reporting the same, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

I have considered the accusations made, the report so submitted on behalf

of the State and, on an assessment of the same, I am of the view that the petitioner would approach the learned jurisdictional criminal court under Section 175(3) of the BNSS and/or under Section of the BNSS.

The learned jurisdictional criminal court would take into account the accusations and appreciate as to whether any cognizable offence as also any case for investigation has been made out or not, thereafter, pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18170 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
