Information Commission The petitioners are aggrieved by an order dated 8th September, 2021 by which the appeal filed by the petitioners was disposed of by the first appellate authority on the ground that the information sought for and the replies furnished were found to be satisfactory. The respondent State authority are represented. Upon perusing the impugned order, it is clear that the impugned order is devoid of any reasons as to how and on what basis the replies was found to be satisfactory by the first appellate authority. The first appellate authority is hence directed to revisit the issue and hear the petitioners and any other interested parties once more before passing a reasoned order. The reasoned order shall be passed within a period of four weeks from today and a copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from date on which such reasoned order is passed. The

impugned order dated 8th September, 2021 is set aside and WPA 19254 of 2021 is disposed of on that basis. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
