Records reveal that no one appeared on behalf of the applicant/petitioner when the contempt application was last taken up for hearing on 5th February, 2021. Today, also no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemner submits that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition being W.P. No.11699 (W) of 2018 on 26th July, 2018 has already been complied with. Pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 26th July, 2018, the writ petitioner and the private respondent no.6 were heard and a decision was taken and the same was communicated to the respondent no.6, who has filed the present contempt application.

After communication of the order dated 24th June, 2019 to the private respondent no.6, the letter of intent was issued in favour of the writ petitioner. Let the copies of the order passed by the competent authority and the documents towards communication of the said order to the private respondent no.6 and the letter of intent, as produced, be

kept on record.

Heard Mr. Bhattacharjee and considered the materials on records.

As the order of this Court passed in the writ petition being W.P. No.11699 (W) of 2018 has been complied with and as the delay towards compliance does not appear to be deliberate, this Court is not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further. In view thereof, the contempt application being CPAN No.800 of 2018 is dismissed.
