The proceeding being G.R.Case No. 2034 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kandi, Murshidabad be quashed.

Since petitioners no. 4 and 5 are on bail, they be set at liberty at once and discharged from their bail bonds. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
