Ms. Dutta Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that this Court has no territorial jurisdiction to receive, try and entertain the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 18182 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to take appropriate steps, if so advised, on the selfsame cause of action. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition.
