Learned Advocate for the writ petitioner is present. None appears on behalf of the State/respondents in spite of service of notice.

The receipted photocopy of notice dated 08.12.2021 as filed on behalf of the writ petitioner be taken on record.

By filing the instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India it is the grievance of the present writ petitioner that in spite of submission of due representation bearing reference No.

7/19 dated 05.04.2019 the respondent authorities have failed and neglected to consider such representation and, thus, not inclined to grant Post-Graduate Scale of Pay to the petitioner in terms of his MSC degree and in terms of G.O. No. 1595-SE(S) dated 26.12.2005.

In view of such, this Court proposes to dispose of the instant writ petition in the manner indicated hereunder.

The respondent No. 3, that is, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purba Bardhaman is hereby directed to consider the representation of the present writ petitioner as filed by him under reference No. 7/19 dated

05.04.2019 in accordance with law after giving a right of audience to the writ petitioner within one month from the date of communication of this order and shall pass a reasoned order within a fortnight thereafter, a copy of which shall have to be sent free of cost to the present writ petitioner.

With the aforementioed observation, the instant writ petition being WPA 19265 of 2021 is disposed of. Parties to act on the server copies of this order. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
