Vide order dated 15th December, 2022 CRR 300 of 2022 was dismissed. In view of the specific bar under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not in a position to entertain the application filed on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly the application being CRAN 1 of 2023 is rejected.
