1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the husband of the alleged victim. The petitioner and the other in-laws have been falsely implicated in this case. The marriage took place 10 years ago.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to the statements of witnesses including that of the victim which shows fracture injury on the face of the victim.

3. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
