The victim girl has been examined before the learned trial Court. We have seen her deposition. She clearly proves the prosecution case.

In view of the incriminating evidence available, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

However, we request the learned trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as soon as possible. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Signed By :
