1. After some argument the learned advocate appearing for the appellant submitted leave may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition before this court.

2. We have heard the learned State counsel on the above submission.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw WPA 11648 of 2023 and the same stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in accordance with law.

4. Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of.
