Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents by placing before this Court the order dated 6th September, 2022 would submit that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in connection with an appeal arising out of the order dated 23rd August, 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPA 18565 of 2022, had, in fact, dispose of the writ petition.

2. Let a copy of the order dated 6th September, 2022, passed in MAT 1417 of 2022, be retained with the file.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, let it be recorded that the writ petition stands disposed of.
