Exception filed on behalf of the writ petitioner to the report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Shibpur Police Station be kept with the report. I have considered the report and also heard Mr. Jena, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6.

Having considered the subject matter of the writ petition, I direct the police authorities that they would keep a strict vigil so that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale as the petitioner and the private respondent no.6 are in a strained relationship.

So far as the other issues are concerned, the appropriate authorities and/or jurisdictional court would deal with the same.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18996 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
