For the alleged Contemnors Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the contempt application being CPAN 817 of 2022 on the ground of certain defects therein and seeks further liberty to file a fresh application on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, CPAN 817 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to file a fresh application on the same cause of action.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
