When the matter is called today, counsel for the petitioners has handed over a communication in Bengali language and submits that the petitioners have communicated to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioners that the matter has been settled and the petitioners does not wish to proceed the matter any further and requested to withdraw the same.

4. In view of the communication, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ application.
