2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents and the seizure memorandum show recovery of 104 Kg. of Ganja from petitioners and otherss.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
