There are repeated mistakes of similar nature which prima facie gives an impression of dereliction of duty. Hence, explanation is not accepted.

We direct the Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against Debika Deb the Section Officer, Computer Section.

Compliance report be filed by the adjourned date. Let these matters appear under the same heading on 12.09.2022.
