The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of the order dated 19.02.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, Purba Medinipur in C.R No.254/2010 allowing delay for filing case without considering mandatory provision under Section 142(2) of the N.I Act for condonation of delay.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
