In connection with CRR 2819 of 2023 report has been filed by the police authorities. Let the same be kept with the record. Till date warrant of arrest has not been executed which was issued by the learned ACJM, Kakdwip.

So far as the petitioner no.2, namely, Jamir Hossain Sk. alias Bapi alias Jamir Sekh is concerned, the warrant of arrest so issued be recalled by the learned ACJM, Kakdwip. So far as the petitioner no.1, namely, Ali Hossain SK. alias Sk. Ali Hossain alias Ali Hosen Sekh is concerned, the warrant of arrest which has not been executed, be kept in abeyance for a period of seven days till 21st September, 2023. In the meantime, if he surrenders and appears before the learned ACJM, Kakdwip, learned ACJM, Kakdwip will allow him to

continue on bail if he furnishes fresh bond.

In case the petitioner no.1, namely, Ali Hossain SK. alias Sk. Ali Hossain alias Ali Hosen Sekh do not appear on or before 21st September, 2023, on 22nd September, 2023, learned ACJM, Kakdwip will proceed for taking steps in accordance with Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2819 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Learned ACJM, Kakdwip is directed to act on server copy of this order if the same is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
