Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated August 21, 2024 which is corrected as follows.

In the 3rd paragraph of the said order "M. Case No. 53/22" be read as "N Case No. 53/22".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order dated August 21, 2024.
